The Lifecycle of a Motorsport Marshal

Since stepping down from the role of Recruitment Officer for BMMC, I am still thinking about ways to improve the marshalling role at UK circuits, assuming some sort of normality returns.

There is also some assumption that BMMC looks after the interests for marshals as a priority, representing the wellbeing and safety of it's members.
